Service Scope and Limitations

We will perform services according to agreed-upon specifications and industry standards. Weather conditions, soil quality, and plant health factors may affect service delivery and outcomes. We cannot guarantee plant survival due to factors beyond our control.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. For design services, a deposit may be required. For ongoing maintenance, payment is typically due monthly or as otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy

Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional charge. Cancellation of ongoing service contracts requires 30 days written notice.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and will address any issues resulting from our negligence or error in service delivery.

Property Access

Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the property for service delivery. Any special access requirements or restrictions should be communicated in advance.
